Refund policy

Unfortunately, refunds and or cancellations are currently not allowed. 

Exchange only within 14 days of original purchase.

All sale items are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the anonymous nature of certain limited products, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or swaps - including if you ordered the wrong size.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Stadium Status will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

All shipping costs associated with any exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.

You can exchange purchase items online at our location. Please bring the item(s) to cash register with your order number and as our associate for help.
