Handling and Processing
Orders placed in the United States are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During Sales and the Holiday Season, orders placed in the United States are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Pre-sale items shipped based on the information provided in the product description.

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number within 3-4 business days (5-7 business days during the Holiday Season), please feel free to reach us directly.
Shipping rates are determined based on the carrier service that is chosen at checkout. Most orders take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive (this excludes international orders) from the day of shipment.
Free Shipping Option
All orders over $100 (within the United States (excluding Alaska) are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping generally takes 3-7 business days, depending on geographical location. Please note, orders must be $100 before taxes and shipping. If using a discount code, orders must total $100 after the discount has been applied.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to Stadium Status due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by USPS.
Due to growing fraud, all orders requesting expedited shipping are required to have a billing address that matches the address in which the order is being shipped to. If you require a package to be shipped to an alternate address, you will be emailed by a customer service representative to provide proper documentation. The verification process may delay the processing time of your order. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in your order being cancelled.
